We accept exchanges when the item is in the original condition. The item must be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
If the item was shipped please return the original item first before the corrected item can be sent out. Shipping and handling for the initial exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Once the original item is received back DM27 Clothing will handle the shipping and handling of the new item. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days after the return is received for new item to be sent out.
Sale items are final and CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanging items over $75 require a tracking receipt to ensure the item is returned securely.
